John Brice

I started Poseidon Capital Ventures to create a founder friendly approach to M&A Advisory and Capital Solutions. My unique background as an entrepreneur and business consultant with two decades of financial services experience allows me to relate to my client's needs with experience and expertise. As an entrepreneur I have founded or co-founded businesses in media, fin-tech, ed-tech, wellness and clean-tech. Over the past 12 years I have supported privately held businesses ranging from $1M-$100M in revenue in growth and operational and financial efficiency initiatives, and also structured growth equity and debt solutions. I have also served as a Venture Partner and Advisor to dozens of Seed to Series A companies and facilitated capital raises up to $10M.

In addition to my role as founder of Poseidon Capital Ventures, I run Basho Walden (https://www.bashowalden.com), a coaching company that works with leaders and teams to unlock potential and performance, and I am a co-founder of Passage Ventures (https://www.passage.ventures), a software company that provides solutions for non-technology companies.  

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and four children on a small town north of Boston.
