I started Poseidon Capital Ventures to create a founder friendly approach to Advisory and Transactions for founders & business owners My unique background as an entrepreneur and business consultant with two decades of financial services experience allows me to relate to my client's needs with experience and expertise. As an entrepreneur I have founded or co-founded businesses in media, fin-tech, ed-tech, wellness and clean-tech. Over the past 12 years I have supported privately held businesses ranging from $1M-$100M in revenue in growth and operational and financial efficiency initiatives, and also structured growth equity and debt solutions. I have also served as a Venture Partner and Advisor to dozens of Seed to Series A companies and facilitated capital raises up to $10M.

In addition to my role as founder of Poseidon Capital Ventures, I run Basho Walden, a company that offers one-to-one coaching / groups & retreats / keynote and offsite speaking engagements and is centered around conversations, ideas and experiences that help us explore how to live a meaningful and intentional life. I am a co-founder of Passage Ventures, a software company that provides solutions for non-technology companies.  

I enjoy collecting and creating art, writing and reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my wife and four children on a small town north of Boston.
